Founder & CEO
Neville has worked in the insurance industry for 50 years, extensively as a Non-Marine Reinsurance Broker after having spent 12 years in North American direct insurance during the early years of his career. He has also been the underwriter and manager of a portfolio of Binding Authorities before spells at both the FSA (now the FCA) and the Corporation of Lloyd’s, for whom his role was the assessment of new applications from prospective brokers, coverholders, syndicates and Managing Agents
Since establishing Helodrium in late 2009, he has guided the firm in providing a growing range of services to companies that wish to trade in the London Market.
Stephanie Carter FCII CFIRM
Stephanie has wide-spanning experience as an Insurance and Reinsurance Broker in the London Market including Marine LMX, Professional Indemnity and Bloodstock. She went on to develop her career as a Risk Management Consultant for Richard Oliver Risk Managers and Aon IRMG
Stephanie is also former Editor of Corporate Governance Newsletter for the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Stephanie joined Helodrium in August 2020 as Associate Director and one of the team providing the services and support to our clients.
Stephanie’s hobbies include swimming, riding and dog walking
Jaime started her career in Insurance in 1999 as an Account Handler for Sterling Insurance Company, doing Underwriting with various classes of business.
2005 she joined Mitsui Sumitomo and then moved to Miller Insurance Services in 2007 as an Insurance Technician dealing with various classes of business and covering all aspects of a technician role.
In 2014 she joined Helodrium and is the backbone of our client support services.
Outside of Helodrium she is a Child Welfare Officer at her boys' football club, which usually takes up her weekends.
Bhuvinder joined Helodirum in 2019.
He comes from CNA Hardy, where he worked to set up and implement the Delegated Authority framework within the organisation, and responsible for the oversight of due diligence, audit policy and governance of delegated authorities.
Having headed up various Delegated Authority functions across a number of Lloyd’s managing agencies, he brings in-depth compliance, risk management and operations expertise of such arrangements.
Outside of Helodrium, Bhuvinder enjoys playing 5 aside football, chess and going to the cinema.
Vikki has worked in the city for 16 years starting with Agnew Higgins & Pickering which then merged into JLT. She then took a complete career change in 2017 and became a Teaching Assistant at a private school in Sevenoaks.
Vikki began working with Helodrium in November 2019 and helps Jaime ensure the timely processing of premiums, as well as drafting wordings, slip and endorsements.
Vikki has 3 children who keep her very busy. Her hobbies include running and going to the theatre.
